At Rare Sports Performance, we aim to deliver your orders promptly while maintaining quality. Checkout rates are the source of truth for price.
Order processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping (weekends and holidays excluded).
Estimated transit times
- Rare Performance (RP) products & branded items (e.g., Umbro soccer balls, Wilson footballs, basketballs): often about 1 week after processing.
- Other products (including many supplier-fulfilled or print-on-demand items): often about 2–3 weeks, depending on the item and supplier.
These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping locations
We ship to destinations offered at checkout. Our shipping zones currently include the United States plus selected international countries configured in Shopify (including Canada, UK, EU destinations, Australia, Japan, and others). If a country is not offered at checkout, we do not ship there.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless we made an error. Domestic options may include Economy and Standard rates; some products use a separate Ninja POD profile with flat rates.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number when the carrier provides one.
